Beginning January 21, 2026, Jean Guy will offer a free Qigong Class the first and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 11 to 11:45 am. Qigong is a moving meditation practice that uses intention, breath, vibration to improve energy flow and relieve stress in our bodies, minds and spirits. Comfortable clothes.
